One Wyoming woman is showing that you can learn anything at any age. At 68, Suzanne Luhr is a national weightlifting champion and began her fitness journey just a few years ago following an accident where she was hit by a truck. She has always been an active person, but following her accident, she fell in love with lifting weights. Her motivation to keep going at the gym lead her to competing in various weightlifting competitions in Wyoming and around the country, where she was won medals. Now a sponsored athlete from AARP and one of five people who are their "senior ambassadors.” She wants to inspire others to get out there and move.
