Smith says she received thousands of text messages. Then came gifts sent to her parents' house. Smith filed police reports but says cops did very little to help, a claim police deny. One night, the man showed up at her parents' home. Michal Pacek was arrested later that morning and charged with harassment and stalking. He was deemed mentally unfit to proceed with the case. The charges were dropped and he was released. Smith says he is still harassing her.
