This week there were two deaths reported in the state of Michigan, which has seen 11 thousand cases of the stomach parasite. Massachusetts reported 104 cases in July alone. Contaminated lettuce has been determined to be the source of many cases. CBS News' medical contributor says we may see an increase in cases for some time to come.
