Cody Eggleston is the manager at the Mobil gas station where gas sells for $7.49 a gallon. Just a mile and a half away, across the border into Arizona's Mojave Valley, drivers are finding gas that sells for $4.19 a gallon, more than $3 a gallon in savings.
