1:15:09Now PlayingGlenn Ellmers and Susan Hanssen square off to find the best answers for how to restore and preserve American greatness. Moderated by Khalil Habib.
If you’ve looked closely at the state of America recently, you’re likely to notice a set of systemic failures. Critical race theory and gender ideology in schools. The breakdown of the American family. Open borders. Widespread crime and looting in American cities. A two-tiered justice system and the weaponization of government against conservatives and pro-lifers. The burdensome diktats of an unelected class of scientist-bureaucrats in the administrative state. The erosion of trust in every institution in American public life.
For the last 60 years, the Left has been busy at work undermining American institutions, hijacking our government, and transforming the American way of life along progressive lines. The question conservatives now face is whether there is anything left to save? Can conservatives continue to posture for conserving a Constitution that is largely a “parchment guarantee”? Or do conservatives need to embrace a more “counterrevolutionary” mindset and political program in the fight to save America?
