as posted by the channelObviously I'm living my best life right now when we took this place today back from deadbeat tenants of one of my rentals. Four or five months behind on rent, a lot of that reason is because my attorney took a vacation and it threw off the eviction cycle very severely. Other than being fil theaters moderate damage here my biggest loss as rent. Thankfully this is a 3-unit rental so it hurts a little bit less because money is coming in from other properties.
