11:38Now PlayingHaving had a front-seat to the mortgage crisis in 2008, going into it as a real estate agent and coming out of it as real estate agent + digital marketing guy, I'd like to think I have a unique-ish perspective on the steps that set apart successful investors and investors who failed during the recession.
Generally speaking, I see similar steps taken with ALL good investors and ones that do well over the course of time, and investors who essentially are flash-in-the-pan and make once successful investment, then pile on failures later on. The trend is always long-term-mindset, so I want to talk about what's going on in the market place and how you can make better choices, or at least mitigate some risks.
