as posted by the channelAs if owning rental properties isn't crazy dealing with the tenants, in this case how about dealing with the elderly tenants that your contracted tenants decided to sub-lease to in order to cover their own rent, keep them without utilities, bring bedbugs to their hillbilly house hacking scheme, and cause general mayhem in a real estate investment?
Once again this is the crazy and sort of dark side of real estate investing. I still believe that real estate investing is the best passive income method out there, but you HAVE to do some due diligence when researching & looking for your tenants, and the like.
