I'll talk about the challenges I've had with staff turnover, the disappointing state of my upstairs rental units, and how we can increase daily capacity downstairs. I'm hopeful that my transparency with these problems will help you as you look at laundromat opportunities or other businesses. The picture is definitely not all bad though and I've got a plan speed up our progress. If it all comes together, this risk will turn us into the most profitable location in town.
