🔍 Tonight we will look at all the dual citizenship cases that have been tested in court in Jamaica, and what countries were involved.

Opposition Leader Mark Golding argues that no Commonwealth dual citizenship case has been tested in court in Jamaica therefore he is not in breach.

Let us look at the Constitution in Commonwealth countries such as Australia and Guyana where these cases have been tested for politicians who had dual citizenship in commonwealth and non-commonwealth countries.
