Slight Push Back Question to Richard Wolfe and Panel at Left Forum on Limitations of Worker Co-ops

I agree that worker co-opts is the next steps and I've advocated for them as it's an awesome idea to give people more control of their job space. My question get to the core however, acknowledging that it's a capitulation to capitalism in little democracies are battling totalitarian in a market based economy. Ecological damage, unnecessary labor, poverty for people without a job ... it solves one issue but leaves a host of others. Regardless of the acknowledgement of the limitations, I agree that it's the next step and I'd advocate strongly for it, while pushing these guys to go further in their objectives.
