Judge Adrian previously kicked out the prosecutor from this murder trial, in a prior case, because he liked a Facebook post. The judge's wife told him about it and then he said he could not remain unbiased because of it.
We now know Judge Adrian's wife is all over Facebook regarding this case as well.
Should Judge Arian be handling this case? I certainly don't think so.
PS the case that the judge previously kicked out the prosector was one where Judge Arian found the defendant guilty of SA but then decided since the mandatory sentence was 4 years he was going to find him not guilty after he initially found him guilty. The prosector liked a post on behalf of the victim.
