In a contrast with what his would-be Democratic primary opponent Hillary Clinton said in the first debate, Biden said, "I don't think my chief enemy is the #Republican Party." Biden added that when there are tough negotiations on Capitol Hill, President Obama will send him because "I really respect the members up there and I still have a lot of Republican friends."
