Paul Anthony, Washington Week’s announcer for the past 50 years, met his wife Joanne, a one-time Washington Week production assistant and WETA-TV accountant, on his first day on the job. “It was love at first sight,” Paul says. Paul and Joanne will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary next year and have three children and six grandchildren.
