HE HAS BEEN ABSENT SINCE DECEMBER WHEN HIS BROTHER UNFORTUNATELY TOOK HIS OWN LIFE. WHEN HE RECEIVED PUSHBACK FROM REP. ANDREW FARMER, HE STARTED YELLING AND POUNDING ON THE PODIUM, SCREAMING ABOUT ALL OF THE THINGS THAT HE HAD TO DEAL WITH BECAUSE OF HIS BROTHER'S SUICIDE. MAYBE HE NEEDED SOME MORE TIME OFF.
