Democracy is coming back to this hemisphere." Even more inexplicitly, he rambled incoherently about healthcare for Americans, saying, "Many times you can buy it [healthcare] way cheaper by just going directly to a doctor or a hospital or surgery center rather than going through the insurance product. Let them buy their own insurance.
