Jesse talks about a leaked ICE memo that they were trying to keep secret, which asserts that Donald Trump’s masked secret police don’t need a warrant to invade the home of the people they’re hunting. This is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment of the United States Constitution, which states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
