9:33Now PlayingJesse talks about the recently dismissed case against men whom Kristi Noem's DHS claimed had attacked one of her masked secret police agents with shovels, leaving him fighting for his life in the hospital. In the least surprising development of Trump's second term, DHS has admitted in a court filing that this claim is a complete fabrication. The government filed a motion to dismiss the case they brought, writing, "Newly discovered evidence in this matter is materially inconsistent with the allegations in the Complaint Affidavit, filed on January 16, 2026, as well as the preliminary-hearing testimony that was based on information presented to the Affiant."
