Trump posted an open proclamation on Truth Social that their gerrymandering is meant to aid Republicans explicitly, writing, “The byproduct is that the Republicans will receive more than 20 House Seats in the upcoming Midterms!” Todd Blanche, on the other hand, asserted that voter ID is common sense because “every time you walk into a restaurant or a club, you have to show your ID.”
