YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

Journalist Alex Berenson was banned from Twitter for allegedly spreading misinformation about COVID vaccines, and now he’s fighting back by suing. But rather than dispute the “misinformation” allegation, he’s instead arguing that Twitter is a “common carrier” akin to a public utility, and so the ban amounts to an infringement on his free speech.

Jimmy and comedian Kurt Metzger discuss the case and its possible outcome.
