Except the President had a devil of a time trying to pronounce the word “kleptocracy,” resulting in a cringe-inducing few moments as Biden flailed around for the proper pronunciation. But at least Biden’s not alone – both Nancy Pelosi and Donald Trump have had similar stumbles of late.
