as posted by the channel

Former Brazilian president Lula da Silva is currently leading in polls to defeat his authoritarian rival, the current president Jair Bolsonaro. If elected, Lula promises to lead an effort to create a new currency to replace the dollar across all of South America. With the dollar already threatened as an international currency by China and Saudi Arabia, this move would represent another blow to the greenback.

Jimmy discusses what a South American currency might mean for the petrodollar.
