Biden Wanders Around Stage After Speech AGAIN!

Before long it will be more remarkable if Joe Biden completes a speech and then actually DOES walk offstage in the direction and at the time he’s supposed to. But until then we will continue to comment on episodes like the one following the President’s speech at the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment Conference on Wednesday as Biden wandered toward the wings, stopped, turned around and then eventually stood still off to the side as another presenter spoke.
