9:18Now PlayingLast fall California passed a law, signed by Governor Gavin Newsom, that established criminal punishment for doctors deemed guilty of spreading COVID “misinformation” or treating COVID in a manner outside the “scientific consensus” on proper care. But now a judge has struck down the law, noting that the terms “misinformation,” and “scientific consensus,” among others are much too vague to allow for proper enforcement.
