10:25Now PlayingThe train derailment and subsequent chemical explosion in East Palestine, Ohio is being described by many as “devastating” and potentially “America’s Chernobyl.” Mind you, not by Norfolk Southern, the rail company responsible or the Biden administration, which took a full ten days before making even a statement about the catastrophe. But a catastrophe it appears to be nevertheless, and in 21st century America it’s likely that the powerful interests responsible won’t be held accountable while the poorer victims will bear the brunt.
