12:53Now PlayingThe Ukrainian government has agreed to a US-proposed 30-day ceasefire with Russia, contingent upon Russia's acceptance, after talks in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday. The talks come amidst a flurry of military activity in the conflict, including Russian troops retaking most of the Kursk region and Ukraine attacking suburban areas of Moscow with a mass drone assault.
Now Moscow must decide whether to accept the ceasefire proposal or risk further deterioration in relations with the US.
