As video from the incident clearly demonstrates, ICE agents killed a legally armed nurse who was filming a detention and helping a woman, after disarming him and shooting him while he posed no immediate threat. Yet officials like Kash Patel and Kristi Noem responded to the killing by placing the blame on the victim, claiming guns cannot be carried at protests. But of course public carry is legal in many states and protected by Supreme Court rulings.
