Judge Mindy Glazer ruled there was probable cause, stating that "an objective person would view the messages as a credible threat," despite the student never mentioning bombs and calling it a dumb joke.
Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger argue that the judge, who has been honored by the Miami Jewish Legal Society, is a "Zionist mental case" who conflates criticism of Netanyahu with terrorism, while actual genocidal actions receive standing ovations in the Senate. The segment concludes that Florida under Governor DeSantis has become a place where mocking a foreign leader can land you in jail, and that this is exactly what Trump wants on college campuses.
