Reps Massie & Luna Score HUGE WIN Over Glyphosate & Pesticide Company!

Jimmy reports that the House passed the 2026 Farm Bill after a bipartisan amendment led by Representative Anna Paulina Luna stripped provisions that would have granted immunity from lawsuits to pesticide manufacturers like Bayer (the German company that makes glyphosate, which has already paid out "tens of billions" in cancer-related settlements). During the voice vote, the chair declared "the noes have it" even though no audible opposition could be heard, forcing Luna to demand a recorded vote.

Republican Congressman Thomas Massie noted that Americans are "under attack by a German company on four fronts"—legislative, state, executive, and judicial—and that the Trump administration had sided with that company in trying to grant immunity. Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger criticize RFK Jr. for "bending himself into a pretzel" on Joe Rogan's podcast to argue that farmers still need glyphosate because it's "too expensive" to stop using it, contrasting that with the $1.5 trillion the government is spending on bombs "no one wants."
