Sall Grover’s for the last few years has been caught up in a legal battle. Tickle v Giggle is nothing less than a battle over whether Australian women are still allowed to have spaces of their own. What began as a small social app designed to give women respite from male violence and intrusion has turned into a landmark case in which the courts have declared that a man’s self-identification can trump women’s sex-based rights.
