On tonight’s show, I’ll be discussing Trump’s still-secret Iran ceasefire deal -- and why the more we learn, the worse it sounds. The initial deal is reportedly only a 60-day ceasefire. Trump says the U.S. and Iran will lift restrictions on shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, even though Iran may have mined it, and Iranian officials are now floating the idea of charging fees for ships to pass through. Meanwhile, the biggest questions are still unresolved: what happens to Iran’s stockpile of highly enriched uranium, and what happens with Iran’s proxy war against Israel?

I’ll also get into the fact that Trump’s deal reportedly lets Iran sell oil immediately -- which is sanctions relief -- while the White House is hinting at unfreezing Iranian money if Iran agrees to limits on enrichment and verification. But agrees to what, exactly? Trump’s team is bragging that Obama never got a signed document and Trump did, but the substance still seems missing. Trump keeps saying “Iran will never have a nuclear weapon,” but why? How? That isn’t even agreed to yet. I’ll show Trump slurring his way through a bizarre claim that enriched uranium is no big deal, plus his crazy quote about the Iranian leadership being sane.

Then we’ll talk about the Wall Street Journal report that the deal could include a $300 billion reconstruction and development fund for Iran, plus restoring access to some of Iran’s frozen funds. And even Fox News’ General Jack Keane says people he trusts, with impeccable sources inside the administration, have real concerns about our negotiating position. Republicans on the Hill still haven’t been briefed, which means either this is a bad deal, or it isn’t really a deal yet.

I’ll also cover Trump’s ballroom boondoggle: new invoices reportedly show the cost is $600 million, not the $400 million Trump claimed, with $300 million coming from taxpayers -- and that doesn’t even include the additional billion or so for security. I’ll show Trump claiming it’s free to the public. We’ll also talk about the reflecting pool turning green with algae, Trump wandering at the G7, and the UFC terror plot mess, where Kash Patel rushed out to take credit before all the suspects were even in custody, reportedly infuriating the Secret Service.

And finally, I’ll cover a federal judge temporarily blocking Idaho’s extreme anti-trans bathroom law, which could have sent transgender people to prison for up to five years for using the restroom that matches their gender identity. I’ll also discuss two men convicted in Britain of conspiring to carry out arson attacks on properties and a car linked to Prime Minister Keir Starmer after one of them was recruited through a Russian-language Telegram account. And we’ll end with the warning from EU top diplomat Kaja Kallas that China’s military is training Russian personnel to fight in Ukraine.
