35:35Now PlayingWe aren't interested in opinions, we are interested in evidence.
By studying the evidence chronologically, can we figure out which window was broken when at Mandalay Bay?
We only have Josh Bitsko's camera to go by inside the room.
None of the other officer's BWC footage was released, despite a court order. Contempt of court??
Why didn't the LVMPD make ANY other BWC (Body Worn Camera) footage available from ANY other officer that was inside 32-134 / 32-135?
We think this evidence is very important.
It does NOT establish that the window in 32-135 was clearly broken at 11:35 pm. When was it broken? By whom?
In fact, we don't see 1,000+ spent brass casings, a pile of broken glass or a sledge hammer on the floor.
Is this evidence of malfeasance?
