Victory over a JACKED UP WORLD!—RED Church

In today’s Red Church broadcast, Heather joins Joseph Z in the studio, and they talk about how to be victorious over a jacked-up world. They proceeded with the word of God taken from the Book of 1 Corinthians 15:20-27, which talks about the victory of Jesus and how He has everything under His feet. Heather makes us realize that we can have victory over all things and that, we possess the same power that raised Jesus from the dead once we give our lives to Him. Joseph also makes us realize that God has already made available everything we need because Christ paid it all; but if we’re ignorant of this, we discredit ourselves and miss out on obtaining everything made available to us by Christ. He explains further with the word of God taken from the Book of 3 John 2 to inform us about God’s will for our lives, which is to prosper us, even as our soul prospereth.

Moving on, Heather makes us understand that God only seeks one thing from us, which is to believe in Him. If we’re not seeing results in our lives the way we expected, we must seek out the word of God about that situation and believe whatever the word says about it. This means that we do not get what we desire for our lives because we discard the word of God and the word of God is the only weapon that alters the events of our lives. Joseph again, employs the scripture from the Book of Hebrews 4:1 to bring to our understanding that, if we hear the word of God without mixing it with our faith, it becomes unprofitable to us; but when we mix our faith and are fully persuaded in that word, it becomes profitable to us. Heather, once more, brings to our knowledge that, when we engage the word of God with our faith, something changes; but when we listen to it passively, we miss out on the results.

In addition, Joseph explains that, for everything we’re hoping in God for, we must be fully persuaded that we can obtain it by faith in His word. He reassures us by reminding us of God’s thoughts for our lives, which are thoughts of good and not of evil. This means that whatever we need, by believing in God's word that we can have it, we obtain it because God says we can, through Christ Jesus. Also, Heather goes further to bring to our understanding that when we continuously seek out the word of God in everything we do, it becomes part of us, and even in between life and death, we would still run to the word because it has become a part of us. She then prays for healing power in our physical body, waving a banner of the Name of Jesus over our lives and every false report in our lives.
