Joseph clarifies that God’s Word strengthens our character and provides a solid foundation in our lives. He explains that the lust of the flesh refers to having a carnal mindset. However, God’s Word assures us in Galatians 5:16 that if we walk in the Spirit, we will not give in to the lust of the flesh. He points out that anything contrary to God’s Word leads us to sin, but we can overcome this lust by immersing our minds in Scripture.
