as posted by the channelWashington Redskins Quarterback Donovan McNabb has long been an advocate for youth with diabetes. In fact, he started his own foundation to help kids combat this disease. Each year the American Diabetes Association (www.stopdiabetes.com) hosts the Donovan McNabb Diabetes Camp for Kids through the foundation's funding. The week-long camp, open to diabetic boys and girls ages 8-16, inspires children with this debilitating disease to overcome their predicament and live their lives to the fullest.
We were delighted to have a chance to produce this video with him because he's a great guy fighting for a good cause. Plus, we are huge NFL fans (go chiefs and cowboys!). And it is athletes like Donovan McNabb that inspire us to keep helping those in greatest need.
