After finding out that he will soon lose his memories, an elderly breakdancer is determined to protect the last memory he will have with his little granddaughter.
Inspired by Eric's relationship with his grandfather, this film raises awareness for Alzheimer's Disease. This is a condition that causes loss of brain function affecting memory, thinking, and behavior. Alzheimer's is most common in people ages 65 and older, but some get it in their 40s and 50s.
We made this film to show that even though people with Alzheimer's may no longer seem like themselves, they still need the love that can make a difference in their lives. The disease strips people of their capacity for memories, but it doesn't strip away their capacity for love and companionship. In the end, emotions outlast memories.
