Dreamers may want to try repeating this suggestion as they fall asleep:
Tonight I will have a vivid dream about the Psi Dreaming Contest’s target picture. I will have clear, detailed recall of this dream when I wake. I will waken with the dream fresh in my mind, will remember the dream imagery easily, and will experience the contest target clearly.
How do I submit my dreams? Email your dream accounts to the contest committee at psicontest@asdreams.org Please include dream reports from one night only. You may attach any illustrations you wish to include, highlight any content that you feel is especially pertinent and/or provide a title. Please place your name in the subject line. The deadline for entries is 6 PM Eastern Time on Monday, June 23.
What happens next? Contest committee members review the entries and evaluate how close they came to the target. The most successful dreamers will be announced at the Dream Ball on Wednesday June 25th. Winners will receive a certificate of accomplishment via email.
What are the results? Over the years participants have experienced a range of hits. Dreamers may pick up on the target picture’s theme, or emotional content, or colors, or shapes, or setting – or even contextual information, such as the picture’s origins. Please review the PowerPoint to see examples of past successes. In any event, participants tend to have great fun practicing their psi skills!
