According to Reuters and multiple news outlets, the FBI has reportedly determined that the three ransom notes tied to Nancy's disappearance including the cryptocurrency demand, the note claiming she had died, and the message later sent to TMZ.. are not authentic.
But just hours later, TMZ published a conflicting report, saying law enforcement sources told them the Reuters story was "not accurate," raising even more questions about what investigators actually know.
