Donald Trump won the election to become the 47th President of the United States of America. During his campaign, he made a wide variety of tax proposals. Many of these tax proposals could dramatically affect the way that Americans pay taxes during Trump’s second term and possibly far beyond.
In this video, tax expert Karlton Dennis breaks down 9 of Trump’s most important tax proposals. These proposals include no tax on tipped income, a tax deduction for auto loan interest for American-made vehicles and more. Trump has also made several interesting tax proposals for corporate taxes in addition to taxes for individuals.
None of Trump’s tax proposals will become law unless they are supported by Congress. However, considering the fact that the Republicans won the Senate and kept the House, there is a very good chance that at least a few of these tax proposals will end up becoming law. If even one of them does, it could have a massive impact.
