Phyllis Bennis is a fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies, where she directs the New Internationalism project. Her books include Before & After: US Foreign Policy and the War on Terror. In 2001 she helped found the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights, and now serves on the national board of Jewish Voices for Peace. Her latest piece on Ukraine appears in Foreign Policy in Focus.
