Sociologist and "End Of Policing" Author Alex Vitale urges people against "falling into this liberal trap of" lionizing the FBI because they're "going after Trump." Instead, we should "point out the deep history of harm at the center of the FBI and the fact that we don't need them to produce public safety. And, as Alex Vitale argued at The Nation, there really is no reason for the Drug Enforcement Agency to exist. So abolish that too. ()
