Zachary Foster and Katie react to Hillary Clinton's rank hypocrisy when it comes to sexual violence. Hillary spoke at an event Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs called “Preventing and addressing conflict-related sexual violence.” The event also featured Jeffrey Gettleman, the lead author of a major New York Times story Screams Without Words published in December, which claimed to report on how Hamas used rape and sexual assault on October 7th. The irony is that Gettleman's story was so shoddy, the Times shelved a podcast they planned to do on it. And Hillary herself, has shielded her husband who has been credibly accused of rape; has subjected women and girls to violence as a hawkish secretary of state; and played a role in the sexually violent murder of Muammar Gaddafi. Hillary Clinton and Gettleman do not, of course, mention the reports of sexual violence committed by Israelis against Palestinian women and girls. And we see this same double standard at the state department which immediately believed claims of sexual violence on October 7 but is for some reason much slower to react to the reports of Palestinian women and girls being raped, tortured and executed.
