Heart Healthy Bread Recipe
My go to bread recipe: 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 tsp salt, 1 stick melted butter, 1 cup hot water mixed with 2 teaspoons yeast, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 1/2 cups flour
Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes (mix remaining egg yolk with water for egg wash before baking) (yield: 2 loaves)
