Waffle Cookie Recipe:

2 sticks butter (or margarine) softened NOT melted

Baker's unsweetened baking bar (melted)

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

2 tsp vanilla

Icing:

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp milk / heavy cream

1/4 tsp vanilla

(should be thick not runny)
