Products I used: Frankincense Moisturizer Face Balm, concealer in the shade "Pure", cream check tint in the shade "Blush", natural luminizer in "Champagne Bubbles".
Blueberry Muffins (see my changes below)
1.5 cups oat flour
1.5 cups frozen blueberries
Avocado oil instead of butter
Ideals Cookbook
Whole wheat bread recipe (from Ideals Cookbook):
1. 4 tsp yeast, 3/4 cup warm water / milk, 2 tablespoons honey
2. Cook 1 cup flour with 2 cups milk until thick
3. Stir into 2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 oil or butter, 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar, and 1 cup flour
4. Add the heated warm mixture to yeast mixture.
5. Add in 3 cups of flour and knead. Let rise for 1-2 hours.
6. Slowly add in 1/2-1 cup flour and knead until texture is tacky but not pulling off onto your fingers. Allow dough to rise additional 15 minutes.
7. Shape into bread pan and allow it to rise to the top. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes, cover with foil after 10 minutes.
