4:46Now Playing#Winnipeg spends nearly $1 million a year clearing snow from ATR's, bike paths during the winter months. Councillor Kevin Klein moved a motion in September requesting the Public Service measure those winter ATR routes given the ongoing expenses. Mayor Bowman and his EPC said, no thanks, people don't need to know that information. My motion, like many others, was voted down by his majority team.
But what did he direct his EPC to pass in council? To spend more of your tax dollars, during a pandemic, on court costs. $2.2 million to be exact. How much longer can this administration spending continue to out of control and unaccountable?
