“I’ve been looking at this and talking to residents, and I realized the city has gotten away from being a service provider,” Klein said. “When talking to residents, it really does seem that at the city, it’s either our way or no way. We are not offering more and more options. And as time progresses, more digital options are created – other organizations adapt. The city is not adapting, and adapting would help our residents. Residents are our customers and deserve better treatment.”
