as posted by the channelFor over a decade, the United States has been working to actively combat the threat of international terrorism. Sadly, the Boston Marathon Bombing served as a deadly reminder that this threat remains very real. Whether from the Northern Caucasus, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, or elsewhere, terrorism from abroad has struck at the U.S. in the past and will continue to do so in future. Given this reality, it is important that the United States more fully understand the dangerous nature of international terrorist threats. Furthermore, the U.S. must do more to work with allies around the world to counter such threats before they reach the American homeland.
