Obamacare requires that employers provide coverage of abortion-inducing drugs and devices in their health plans, regardless of religious or moral objection.
The Greens, who founded Hobby Lobby, and the Hahns, who run Conestoga Wood Specialties, are Christians who say that this government mandate violates their freedom to provide health coverage that's consistent with their beliefs. If they don't comply with the mandate, these family businesses could face government fines of up to $100 per employee per day.
Sarah Torre, a policy analyst at The Heritage Foundation, answers some tough questions on religious liberty, and why it matters to all Americans.
