0:47Now PlayingThe Biden administration has once again shown its true colors, seemingly going after its political enemies left and right. Following the FBI’s raid of former President Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago, the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project was the first to sue both the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the National Archives over both agencies handling of previously filed Freedom of Information Act Requests (FIOA)s.
The administration’s slow disclosure of all communications surrounding the raid, including correspondence between DOJ officials and legacy media outlets, has created what can only be descriptive as a two tiered justice system.
Mike Howell, Director of the Oversight Project, lays out the ensuing legal fight, promising to, “Go to the ends of the earth, to get the information we need.”
